Acrobat DC Print menu dialog doesn't appear


After the recent Acrobat DC update, the print dialog box doesn't pop up or appear blank on Mac OS X. While Acrobat engineering is working on priority to address the problem, try the below mentioned solutions to fix this issue.


Solution 1
If there's any other printer that has more than or equal to 10 characters in the printer name, set that as the default printer.

Solution 2
If there is only one printer then follow the below mentioned steps.

1. Note the properties (IP/hostname etc.) of the printer.

2. Delete the printer from list of printers.

3. Add the same printer again and in the process of addition, change the printer name to more than 10 characters.
